英文简历基本内容要求

现在求职者日益增长，投递英文简历成为广大求职者找工作的第一步。英文简历写作大家需要重视。

1、基本资料(PERSONALDATA)

包括求职者的姓名、性别、出生年月等，与中文简历大体一致。

2、教育背景(EDUCATION)

必须注意的是在英文简历中，求职者受教育的时间排列顺序与中文简历中的时间排列顺序正好相反，也就是说，是从求职者的.最高教育层次(学历)写起。另外，大多数外企对英语(或其他语种)及计算机水平都有一定的要求，个人的语言水平、程度可在此单列说明。

3、工作经验(WORKEXPERIENCE)

在时间排列顺序上亦遵循由后至前这一规则。求职者要将所服务单位的名称，自身的职位、技能写清楚。另外，欧美人很重视求职者的实际工作经验，所以，提及自己’工作时的培训(ONTHEJOBTRAINING)’，不失为一个聪明的做法。

4、所获奖励和作品(PRICE&PUBICATION)

将自己所获奖项及所发表过的作品列举一二，可以从另一方面证实自己的工作能力和取得的成绩。

5、自己感兴趣的领域(INTRESTEDFIELD)

将自己的工作意愿展示给潜在雇主，对于大多数求职者，尤其是搞技术或研究工作的求职者，这一点必不可少。同时，随着分工越来越细，将工作能力与工作兴趣相结合，不仅是求职者的意愿，对雇主来讲，也同样具有积极的意义。

一、标点符号一律使用半角。

二、逗号、句号、分号、冒号、感叹号、问号和它们后面的字符之间必须留一个半角空格。

三、逗号、句号、分号、冒号、感叹号、问号和它们前面的字符之间不可留任何空格。

四、将长串数字分开写，降低辨识的难度。

五、书名、杂志名、电影名、音乐专辑名、英文中出现的外文(包括拼音，人名除外)用斜体。

错误：In 2008, I created this amazing service during my internship at Playboy which is totally LBS avant la lettre.

六、对于电话区号应用不同的符号区分。

错误：+86-139-2739-6856

正确：(86) 139 2739 6856 或 (86) 139-2739-6856

七、对于有序列表，应采用「阿拉伯数字 + 英文句点 + 半角空格」的方式。

错误：

正确：

八、括号弧线外要留空格，弧线内不要。

错误：Byte Press(née Tangcha ) is the best Chinese-language eBook app. Period.

但同一个单词内的括号例外：

错误：After the linguistic turn, people are getting addicted to pretentious bracketed words such as ‘(ex) plain (ed)’.

九、用弯引号，不要用直(的弯)引号。

错误''Bazinga!'' 'You are pwned!'

正确：“Bazinga!” ‘You are pwned!’

十、正确使用各种短横：em dash (—) 是破折号，en dash (–) 用来连接年份、时间，是「到」的意思，hyphen (-) 是连字符。

错误：Glenn Gould (1932-1982) is probably my one and only hero - the person who taught me to think differently well before Steve Jobs.

正确：Glenn Gould (1932–1982) is probably my one and only hero — the person who taught me to think differently well before Steve Jobs.

注意：

1. 若写作时用两个 hyphen (--) 代替破折号，Word 等文书处理软件会自动将其转为 em dash。有监于 em dash 输入不便(Mac 上是 shift + option + -)，这也是英文写作通用的替代法。

2. 破折号(em dash)两端可各留一半角空格，亦可不留。此乃英美习惯之不同，无对错之分。惟请在同一份简历中保持统一。
